The Springhill Suites by Marriott Denver Westminster offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a complimentary buffet breakfast.
When we arrived we noticed that the hotel was under construction. We had to go through a make shift entrance and a desk in a room to get checked. When we arrived in our room the TV only had a few channels, which was very disappointing. There was nothing I was interested in watching. I wanted to relax and watch TV which I could not do. When I contacted the front desk clerk she told me it was due to the construction. I asked her if the hotel had the Netflix option and she said no. When I booked the hotel it did not say anything about being under construction. If I would of known that I would not of booked with your hotel. I know that's why you don't post that information. We could hear the construction workers working while in our room. It was not quiet! We should of been warned!
Apparently the hotel works either a global customer service team who books reservations. I called the hotel and canceled my reservation w the front desk a week later I was still getting texts about my reservation and have not received a refund. Completely frustrating experience.
