Dirty. Sheets had to be very old and gray. Bath tub so slippery. Grandson slipped a number of times. Because of my back didn't take shower at all. Pool not clean. Very noisy. Found breakfast area nice and lobby nice. Thought we were getting adjoining rooms according to person I made reservations with. Didn't happen. Our room was on pool side (by the way, pump was very loud in pool) our room was right outside pool. Getting back to adjoining rooms. One room was by pool, the other was around the back. Asked for rooms next to each other they couldn't accommodate us. Hotel planner charged us one price. When we checked out the bill was $200 less. Also had charged our account before we even arrived at hotel. There's more, but I think you got the picture.
