This hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Titanic Museum and the Island at Pigeon Forge.
I recently stayed at this Hotel for a wedding. The place was kept in immaculate condition. My stay was enhanced with the caring help of the hotel clerk, Karen. I would highly recommend this Hotel to everybody.
The accommodations were very nice; staff very nice; breakfast very good, pleasant stay.
Clean and comfortable.
Overall it was great. Wished there were more drawers/dressers in the rooms and a grill area by the pool. We were there for a week and were looking forward to grilling out a few nights with the other families we were traveling with. Other than that location was great, hotel was clean and staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel was above and beyond clean! We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the staff that takes care of the rooms and breakfast.

Clean room and everything worked.
Have stayed at this hotel before and it was nice. However, this time our room seemed like it was pieced together. It was a weird layout. The worst part was it was not clean. I had to wear my shoes into the bathroom because the floor was so sticky.
This hotel is beautiful! Spotless, the balcony view is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable and the TV has lots of channels including weather and news. The staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. I give this hotel five stars. I recommend it highly. Also centrally located on the strip, five minutes to Titanic and two minutes to Apple Barn. 15 minutes tops to Dollywood!

Checked in super late and was greeted with a courteous welcoming front desk personnel. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved Pete, the parrot by the front desk. The breakfast was amazing. Would stay again.
