The cool thing about La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Bossier City is that it offers a variety of amenities including an outdoor pool, complimentary continental breakfast, and pet-friendly accommodations.
I had to wait a hour an 40 minutes for someone to come to work for me to check in got there about 3:10pm Sunday then was to have a downstairs room because of my feet stairs are hard on my feet then no where to plug up my phone ear bud watch to charge had to go to Walmart to get something to clean the shower an wall coffee pot didn't work picture that was to be on the wall was just leaning against the wall so will I tell anyone to stay in any of your hotel not in this life, I stay there last year an things was good will not book there next year.
It was dirty mildew in tub dirty coffee pot uncomfortable beds not a good breakfast.
Do NOT I repeat DO NOT stay here.Its filthy,nasty,full of drugs and prostitutes.I went to a store and bought Lysol,bed bug killer, plastic to put down so we could walk on floor.Im pretty sure the room we stayed in had not been cleaned in long time.Was told no refund for ANY reason.The TV didn't work.Room key would not stay keyed so had to go get redone every time we needed in.LOTS OF FOLKS smoking dope on side walk door didn't seal so the smoke came in Sleep in your car in Walmart parking lot before you stay here.
We checked into the hotel and the room smelled of Marijuana. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag and the room looked more like Motel accommodations. Not as deducted on the website. 30 minutes after checking the power went out. We were there for a special event and were not able to dress in those conditions. I asked the front desk host for a full refund and he agreed. I returned the next day for a receipt of the refund and he wasn't able to provide it because I used a 3rd party to book. I received an email from the 3rd party saying they would charge a penalty fee for the cancellation. I challenged the charge via my credit card company and have not yet been refunded. I should not be charged a fee when the circumstances were not in my control nor did the hotel have a backup generator to restore power.

The A/C very good. Room was very clean.
