Front entrance was filthy windows! Yuck germy is all I could think about! Not enough linens. Lumpy comforter. Never again!
Elevator broken tiles Got a contact high walking halls even though it is a smokeless hotel, blinds would not shut causing the flickering parking lot light to come in the room and smoke detector kept beeping.

We were overcharged a good $150. The amenities in the room did not work such as the refrigerator or coffee maker. The food from the Cafe was not 100% tasteful. And for check in to be 4pm and check out to be 11am the price of $260 was not worth the stay.we were also not informed of a deposit when making the reservation.
Except for breakfast, I would recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived until the moment we drove off, this hotel experience was terrible. The only positive highlight was we were able to sleep. We arrived and walked through a thick smell off smoke. Waited for 15 min at the front desk before even being greeted. There were three employees there frantically working on a issue. The employees really tried but it was to no avail. They placed us I. A room initially that they admitted should have been condemned. Dripping rust water from the ceiling and on to the towels. The second room was much better. Someone had gotten sick from the. Chlorine in the pool. An ambulance was called. Lastly, they literally bit my daughters pancake before packaging her breakfast. By the way,the gave her one egg one piece of bacon and an under cooked pancake with a bite in it. It's almost laughable how insanely unprofessional and unkempt this place is.
If I could give minus five stars I would. This place is nothing like the pictures. Everything in this hotel belongs in the landfill. I don’t think you could even sell this stuff at a garage sale. There is a nice heat light on the ceiling in the bathroom haha. The first room we were given had water pouring out of the ceiling above the toilet. The pillows are 20x20 sized couch cushions. Technically it’s livable.
The remote didn’t work the plug ins were wore out and the hair dryer would shut off until cool.
Lousy service at desk bar restaurant and houkeeping.
Overall, our stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Lobby was updated and clean. Service was wonderful. The outside is a tad dated and there were a lot of random people sitting in the parking lot at various hours. For those two reasons, I gave four stars.
Loved the rooms, a nice hotel. We came to go to the theater and the location of the hotel was great.
First, hotel conditions were very unsatisfactory. The hotel was very unsanitary. Carpets were dirty. Needs upgrading. The smell was moldy and it’s says no smoking and smelled like dirty musty cigarette smell. The girls at the desk were nice. Trying to get a refund from property. No one wants to help upper management still has not answered my calls. Do not recommend!!
