Loved the casino and hotel. Top notch we will be back!

I had problems with my reservation. I had booked through a third party when I thought I had called the hotel number from it's website. After several phone calls trying to clear up the mess, (we had requested non smoking room) smoking room was booked. Chassidy was excellent at helping us and get a non=smoking room. She was very kind, cheerful and smiling. My husband also dealt with Jaquita at the front desk. Again, she was extremely helpful and immediately had someone come to our room. Our TV menu quit working. Carl showed up in about 15 minutes. Again her was extremly pleasant and helpful. He was not able to fix the problem. Maybe you should consider having a paper menu laminated and keep in the rooms. This could be disinfected when the rooms are cleaned. You should be very proud of these three employees. Also, the staff in the casino were also very friendly. I will recommend your facility to my frineds.

The two young ladies at the front desk were awesome! The resort fees caught me off guard. I finally read about them in a little section of the paperwork. Other than that, the stay was great! Allen Stewart.

Hotel price was a little high for a casino. Sure did miss the great buffet that used to be available.

The room was clean and up to date. Bed was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and polite.

Every employee was awesome. My wife is in a wheelchair and several employees including guards helped get her around. Casino games were fun and entertaining. Great food in the restaurants. We will absolutely return. Thanks to everyone at Horseshoe!

I can’t wait to go back and bring the family! Hopefully, the pool will be open next time. Everyone was nice and considerate, the place was clean, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very cordial.

The room had not been really cleaned in a while. But obvious places like the night stand were not even dusted. Light bulbs were out. The toilet sounded like it would come off the floor when you sat down on it. There was no body wash in the clear dispenser. Shouldn’t that be checked with each clean? Very disappointed.

Upon entering it looks very nice, but once we got to our room I was disappointed. No towels or was cloths,I cleaned the tub myself, shower curtain falling down, no water pressure. Sink wouldn’t drain and water was extremely hot. Plumbing on toilet was broken, the toilet ran the whole time, refrigerator froze all our snacks and drinks, plus my body is covered in bites so over all we will not be back La Donna Presgrove.

Our room had toiletries except for a little bar of soap. Room was dark and hallways were dark also. No coffee machine in room either. Will never stay at horseshoe again.

This is an aging casino hotel with a beautiful facade but relatively small rooms and poorly functioning elevators. At peak check in time there was one working elevator and people were lining up in the hallway in the lobby to catch it. They eventually got a second one to work but it was not reliably stopping on the appropriate floor and so was shut back down. I was told at check in there would be an $18+ charge kept from the credit card I was required to put down for incidentals that would neither be available to use for room amenities or refunded. This is after paying $254 for the one night in a standard room. Doubt I’ll stay there again.
