Very Efficient and friendly staff at check in. Lovely welcoming lodge like vibe is very clean. Awesome breakfast included. Great location.
Nice property, nice staff. We booked two nights but stayed only one night due to a Forrest fire and limited visibility of the canyon. We did receive a refund for the second night because we booked it through Travelocity.
We love staying here. The one thing they lack is a bike rack (or two 3) to lock up our bikes while staying there. One of the best bike trail systems in the country. More and more visitors bring or renting bike while at the Park. we could really use somewhere to lock them up while visiting.
The hotel is one of the cleanest, well appointed and most convenient place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon. We would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a Bryce Canyon accommodation.
