First room I received was still dirty. The woman at the front desk apologized and gave me another.the next morning went for a swim and the rude man behind the desk had a problem giving me a towel.(towels not kept in pool area)spend 10$ more and go to the Hilton next door.
I've stayed here before and am always pleased with the service and room.
The entire staff was wonderful, very delightful!
