I had to cancel my trip because of the weather in Chicago. I called the hotel to tell them to cancel my reservation. I paid for insurance in case of cancellation. As of this time I still am unable to someone to answer my calls!
The staff was wonderful. From Theresa who checked me in to the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and bellmen, it was a great experience. I have stayed here for many years and feel safe and have received wonderful care with each encounter. I highly recommend Capitol Hilton for your stay in DC. Five stars plus!
