"We had a very good stay and would stay there again."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
The room was very roomy and clean. It had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The hotel staff was very good including the complimentary breakfast.

"Unfortunately There When Power Was Out"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
We were there only to sleep, take showers and prepare for conference at another location and have breakfast before we had to leave for the other location, so wouldn't have used any of the resorts other amenities. Didn't sleep much as the phone kept ringing when power went on and off; couldn't do shower or apply makeup and had difficulty dressing due to no power; and couldn't have breakfast (refused to have cold cereal in the dark!). Friend had hurt her leg on the trip up and I couldn't go look for ice for her in the dark either. The room was okay after we changed rooms (in the rain). I had originally planned to be alone so had reserved through hotel booking site and was told had a king bed. When I decided to ride with a friend and have her stay with me, I called a few days ahead and asked for two beds. They gave us the room with the king when we arrived and we had to ask for a different room. All in all, not one of my better experiences. I understand the storm and power outage was not your fault and on another night, this might have been a better experience. I do think not having breakfast included and charging $20 for those only having breakfast and no other amenities is a bit much!

"Very Agreeable"
Overall Score3.0/ 5
The stay was nice for the price and the location. It is good if you have a family, need a full breakfast and the extra living space. If you want the "beautiful hotel, spa experience" this is not the place. The decor is old and the pull out couch looked questionable. With some upgrading it would be great. It was clean and neat though.

"Pretty Gross"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Huge roach on the bathroom wall yesterday. Microwave turn tray was broken. Microwave door wouldn't open all the way (banged into refrigerator). Carpets were filthy (don't let kids walk around barefoot on them). These were a few things. Friends don't let friends stay here.

"Extremely Disappointed"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
Declined to stay there. Nowhere near standards expected for Disney or former Homesuites property. Plumbing down upon arrival with no notice; overall appearance was sub-standard. Cleanliness questionable.

"Overall Experience"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
The entire staff far exceeded my expectations. Each person, from the time of my late night check-in to my departure was very attentive. The apartment was older, however everything was comfortable and in good working order. I liked the freedom of being able to walk outside and not be confined to a resort. The continental breakfast was well layed out with ample food. I would have liked yogurt and fresh fruit but I really can't complain. I was attending a conference at one of the large resorts and was able to walk five minutes to a shuttle to the conference.

"Stay Anywhere Else!"
Overall Score1.0/ 5
I was traveling to Orlando for a business trip and had to stay at this hotel. I have never seen a room that was so run down. The room was so dirty that I actually only stayed two nights when I was scheduled for four. As soon as I could move to a different hotel, I did. Was staying in villa #7 which was facing the interstate. The noise from the interstate was terrible but the run down, filthy room was more disgusting. Sure wish someone would have written a review so I could have saved the money and gone anywhere else.

"Awful Experience For Cost Paid. Would Definitely Not Recommend!"
Overall Score1.0/ 5
First impression was how dark and dingy the room looked. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the grout black with mildew. There were damp areas that had been roughly plastered over on the walls and both the bath and sink did not drain properly. Standing in three inches of dirty water while showering was not pleasant. Wherever there was food, small sugar ants were noticeable on the table and dresser. The overall decor was stuck in the 70's. Bedding was old and worn; the only good point was that the sheets were clean. Breakfast was all packaged food, nothing fresh. I was charged $160/night for this dump! I stayed for four nights only because I was at a conference and couldn't find anywhere else within the same area at such short notice.

"Good Location, Adequate Amenities, Great Price!"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
I felt the Palms Hotel was very good overall. The front desk was friendly, breakfast had a few things I liked and the location was close to everything. We were comfortable in our room for the most part except for the lighting was not good in the bathroom, one of our lamps didn't work in the livingroom and the curtain would not close all the way in the bedroom which meant we couldn't make the room totally dark. We were never asked if we liked the room and I never saw a man who did these things around the ground. Our room was always clean and the pool was a plus!

"Perfect. Beautiful. Peaceful."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
I come back next year. I love the hotel. It is nice and clean. The only bad part, is the breakfast was ok. The eggs they served were no good.
