Got there to check in it was very creepy and the lady at the check in desk wasn’t very professional and couldn’t find my name in the computer I had already paid for night one (booked two) rooms were nasty seen a few flying roaches, no rags and towels no tissue .. next morning was harassed to check out and I booked and PAID for two nights banging on the door by room service told them to come back later and the next 10 minutes loud yelling and banging on the door by “hotel management” who’s also the security guard opened the door he says “y’all paying for another night?” I replied “what do you mean?” he continued to say “it’s checkout time” and I only paid and booked for one night followed him to the service desk pulling out receipts and emails he printed off paperwork saying I did pay but he was saying I did not then apologized for looking at the wrong thing. I will NEVER go back to this hotel EVER next morning I was rushed to check out. I highly do not recommend.
