Really dirty. Kind of hard to believe. I wish something in the info (besides the good price,) would have indicated the bare bones level of service because of the recent downgraded status to "select." Select sounds like top level. Anyway. Yuck. No housekeeping. No coffee. No blow dryer, shampoo, utensils in the "kitchen." Really quite uncomfortable. Did not qualify for a refund with the "insurance" we purchased.
