"Drug infested trap hotel with no pool."

Was lied to, they told me they had a pool, that’s the only reason why I rented the hotel for my kids to come over and swim, I asked five times if they had a pool on the phone and was told they did yet when I got there, no pool, very very dirty and allot of drug activity, not happy at all with this hotel stay would love my money back.

This place needs to be torn down. We did not stay because it was disgusting. A/C did not work and the room smelled horrible. The room was like a dungeon with curtains on the window. They would not refund our money. We were terrified to even leave our car in the parking lot. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property. RUN to some other hotel!

Property Description

We located right off of I-29 & I-80 interchange. Excellent location, close to venues and entertainment. Henry Doorley zoo, Harahs, Horseshoe & Ameristar Casinos. Century Link Center & MidAmerica Center. Downtown Omaha & Council Bluffs is close. Also Omaha Eppley Airfield is in close proximity. All rooms come with fridge and microwaves. We offer a SuperStart breakfast which consists of yogurts, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, bread/toast, Hot Belgium waffles, Sausage Gravy and buscuits, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, blueberry and chocolate muffins
