We prepaid for two rooms connected. At motel couldn't find my second reservation. Had to pay for a 3rd room where our second room was on 5th floor nowhere near our room. They did eventually find my second reservation and refund for 3rd room but still. and rooms five floors apart.

"Tired Hotel"

This place needs a bulldozer although clean, the rooms were old, bathroom toilet seat was broken. Tables were unfinished at the breakfast area. Very noisy HVAC and thin walls. Door locks difficult to work with plastic key card and overall needs serious maintenance.

"Faulty doors/keys and bad set up."

We had three different keys that would not work to get us into the building that is inconveniently far away from main lobby and did I mention our room was right next to the train! Good service, pretty clean over all, but the A/C smelled horrible! I had to get air fresheners.

"Dirty and cockroaches."

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this hotel. The room looked clean but the TV remote was extremely sticky and you could see a residue on it that you did not want to touch. When we woke up in the morning there were cockroaches on the dresser where I had sat my purse along with some of our clothing we were going to wear the next day. Needless to say I was mortified.
