The staff here were all so friendly and seemed happy to be working. I felt so comfortable by their warm welcome. The best hotel I've ever stayed in.
The staff was friendly and professional. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty with a decent selection each day. The coffee was good! Easy to find for this 1st time visitor to Mason City.
While checking in, the front desk clerk Sara became aware that we were in Mason City for a funeral. I mentioned to her that there were several members of my family staying in the hotel. Sarah was so kind to stated that she would be more then happy to get us a conference room if we chose to so that we could all be together and hang out. She also mentioned that we could use the breakfast area if that was easier. In the evening we, all gathered in the breakfast area and Maggie the front desk clerk could not have been nicer. She was so accommodating in getting us ice, cups and checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Thank you Sara and Maggie!
Needed to book a room big enough for our family. The suite was very large. It was clean, the shower was wonderful and roomy. Comfortable clean beds. Will stay here again.
